At Intelliware we are
committed to protecting your privacy.
We will only use the information that we collect about you
lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for mainly two reasons:
firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with
the best possible service.
We will not email you in the future unless you have given us
your consent. We will email you on behalf of service providers, for example,
related product and service offers to those you have already
purchased, but we will not pass any of your details to the
provider concerned.
We will allow you at any time to consent or refuse any marketing
email that may be sent to you from us in the future.
The type of information we will collect about you includes
Names, Addresses, Telephone
numbers, E-mail
addresses, Credit/Debit
card details, Miscellaneous
marketing information, Products &
Services purchased.
We will
never ask for any sensitive information about you without
your explicit consent and when we do, it will be on our
own secure web site - we will never ask this information
by e-mail.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can
check the information that we hold about you by emailing us, or
viewing and amending them in the Customer area on the website (available
later this year).
The personal information which we hold will be held securely on
our back-office database, access to which is restricted to
authorised personnel only.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of
visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie"
which would be stored on your computer. You can usually modify
your browser to prevent this happening. The information stored
in the cookie is only used to identify you prior to registration
